Because of the mechanical resistance and high porosity, terracotta needs to always have a treatment for it to become nonporous. At the end of the treatment, it can have a satin appearance, either with a shiny or natural look.

It is very important that all outdoor pavements have the right treatment in order to be protected against any staining, watering, efflorescence or oxidations. We always advise the use of a repelling (watering and oil) treatment in outdoor eating areas and BBQ areas, in order to prevent posterior pavement problems.

For Porcelain pavements, in order to create a barrier against dirt and all kind of stains, we offer a prevention treatment that will make easier the maintenance.

In order to guarantee that the stone pavement is always with a good appearance, easily maintainable, it is necessary to apply a protecting treatment that does not necessarily changes the stones aspect. The surface will determine what is the best kind of treatment to apply.

There are several options for recovery and protection of polished stones: Level and remove all irregularities in the surface of the support and offer a crystalline shine, as well as anti-stain protection. Micro polishing which consists of removing small scratches, recovering shine and anti-stain protection. Vitrification recovers the shine in polished stones that do not present problems in texture.

We use two different methods to extend the flexibility and hardness of wooden floors:
Natural treatment based on oil or wax
Varnish Treatment
The maintenance of these types of floors are extremely important in order to keep them always clean and free of specks, as well as to reinforce the wood for longer life with its protective layer.
